Larry spent 10 years at two of the largest advertising agencies in the world, Young & Rubicam and Foote, Cone & Belding. There, he learned from the best and found out that bigger doesn’t always mean better. “I wanted to do work that makes a difference. Create communications that hits a nerve even with smaller budgets. Work with great people and great clients.” And Garfield Group was born.

With nearly 15 years of brand and digital experience with the adidas Group, Reebok and Rockport, Russ brings his strategic, client-minded perspective to the Garfield Group.

Russ’ passion: “To me, it’s all about delivering creative concepts that resonate with the target audience and that provide actionable business results for the client.”

We call Adam our “Direct Marketing Guru.” He knows the direct world in and out and has been increasing response rates and enthusiasm ever since he started here. Adam says, “Great client service is all about delivering great results.” (We’ll make sure to test and measure that.)

David’s passion: “I try to put myself into the client’s seat and help deliver a creative strategy that fuels measureable results.” (Oh yeah, David’s got a thing for VWs!)
