Associate Interactive Project Manager/Producer - Newton, MA
Garfield Group, a leading Interactive, Branding, and Public Relations agency with a distinguished client roster, is seeking an Associate Interactive Project Manager/Producer to join our award-winning team in Newton, MA.

Responsibilities:
- Working with and supporting the Account and Project Management teams to maintain schedules, review client feedback and satisfy deliverables
- Identifying solutions and breaking issues into tasks, actions and milestones
- Facilitating technical, operational and/or business requirement definitions for projects
- Web content management and production
- Demonstrating the willingness to learn new theories, trends and technologies
- Managing communications with clients and internal stakeholders as needed
- Prioritize tasks and escalate issues to Project Managers for resolution
- Responsible for day-to-day coordination of project resources, including traffic flow and internal communication
- Coordinating with freelancers and vendors
- Coordinating quality assurance testing to ensure integrity and quality of deliverables
- Interact with clients management and participate in business planning as needed
- Learn internal task and resource management system and manage internal, external resources, and change orders
- Ensure clear and timely communication of tasks, issues and overall status
Requirements:
Qualifications
- A passion for technology and marketing with excellent attention to detail
- 1-2 years professional experience
- Experience at an interactive marketing agency a plus (agency internship would count)
- Basic understanding of managing online projects (websites, web applications, media production)
- Ability to participate in strategy and concept discussions
- Experience with online content management systems, rich media, SEO, PPC, CRM, social media, mobile, and emerging technologies a plus
- Strong communication skills necessary for internal and external communications
- Fearless attitude and ability to manage multiple projects at once in an energetic environment
