Interactive Project Manager/Producer - Newton, MA
Garfield Group, a leading Interactive, Branding, and Public Relations agency with a distinguished client roster, is seeking an Interactive Project Manager/Producer to join our award-winning team in Newton, MA.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the full technical development lifecycle for interactive web and software development projects
- Prepare project time, effort, and budget estimates
- Lead the initiation, planning, development, production, monitoring, and maintenance of each project
- Perform quality assurance to ensure a high quality product and service
- Manage the programming staff and resources (internally & externally)
- Manage multiple concurrent projects
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success
- Communicate effectively (written and oral) with stakeholders on the project status, challenges, and solutions
- Mentor, coach, and develop staff members
- Recruit, hire, and train new employees, contractors, and other resources
- Responsible for day-to-day coordination of project resources, including traffic flow and internal communication
- Interact with clients management and participate in business planning as needed
- Learn internal task and resource management system and manage internal, external resources, and change orders
- Ensure clear and timely communication of tasks, issues and overall status
Requirements:
- Experience at an interactive marketing agency
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience managing online projects (websites, web applications, media production)
- Proven success managing complex technical projects
- Ability to participate in strategy and concept discussions
- Experience with online content management systems, rich media, SEO, PPC, CRM, social media, mobile, and emerging technologies
- Strong communication skills necessary for both company interaction as well as client presentations and strategy sessions
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Demonstrated ability to resolve operational and integration challenges
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology a plus
- Staff management experience is required
