PR Internships - Newtown, PA

Garfield Group, a leading Interactive, Branding, and Public Relations agency with a distinguished client roster, is seeking a PR Intern to join our award-winning team in Newton, MA.

We have two offices-- Philadelphia (Newtown, PA) and Boston (Newton, MA).

Responsibilities:

Eligibility: College juniors, seniors and recent college graduates
Fields: Public Relations
Duration: Fall (Sep - Dec), Winter break (3-4 weeks; students only), Spring (Jan - May), Summer (June - Aug)

Our interns receive hands-on experience and have the opportunity to be contributing and valued members of our account teams. We provide our interns with real-world experience in a variety of aspects of the public relations business including:

• Media Relations
  
  • Media targeting and analysis
  • Media pitching
• Media Materials Development (i.e. press releases, media advisories, etc.)
• Market Research and Measurement
• Social Network Marketing
• Participate in brainstorm sessions and strategy sessions

We are seeking eager students with a passion for technology to join us as fall interns. Candidates must possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
