Les is responsible for directing the day-to-day internal operations of Garfield Group.

With more than 22 years of experience in developing and executing creative strategies for clients, he originally served as Creative Director, then took the reigns of company operations in 1999. "Coming from the creative side taught me a lot about the importance of being versatile."
